It’s #MealPrepMonday! Today I’m sharing with you the meal we had for lunches last week: Lite Chicken Salad!
3Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Half a bag of Red Seedless Grapes, halved
1 TB Garlic Salt
1 TB Dill Weed
1/2 TB Onion Powder
1 TB Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 + 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (I use Chobani)
Make the shredded chicken. You can either use your instant pot for this, or just boil it on the stove and use two forks to comb the meat when it’s done to get the shredded chicken.
Halve your grapes.
Just dump all the ingredients in the bowl and mix it up!
THAT’S IT! It is literally one the easiest and quickest meals that you can make that will last you all week!
